The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries and services provided by FrankSchulze in the areas of painting, prints, collages and photography. Differing conditions from the customer will not be recognized unless FrankSchulze has expressly agreed to their validity in writing. The General Terms and Conditions contain all relevant information about the type of services, prices, contractual conditions, termination options and cancellation rights. We recommend that our customers read the terms and conditions carefully and contact us if they have any questions or are unclear.
